What is binge drinking?

Binge drinking means you’re drinking a lot in a short amount of time. Like you’re trying to get really drunk as quickly as possible. Because alcohol is so common in social situations, you can forget how dangerous drinking too much of it can be. It can make you out of control, physically and emotionally. You might say or do embarrassing things, get into fights, lose/break your phone and other valuable things, vomit, pass out and wake up the next day having no idea what happened. Long term binge drinking can also lead to serious health problems such as damage to your brain, heart and liver.
