ANEX is a non-government community-based organisation in Australia primarily aiming to continually improve and support the needle and syringe program (NSP) sector, and to reduce the harms drug use may cause to the entire community.

The Centre for Adolescent Health responds to the health problems that affect young people between the ages of 10 and 24 years. The Centre’s vision of 'making the difference to adolescent health' is based on advancing knowledge, practice and policy in relationship to adolescent health.

The site supports existing alcohol and drug counselling and treatment services by offering free text based confidential support and referral. Completely secure, immediate and anonymous if preferred, this service is particularly suited to clients not yet ready for face-to-face sessions, or who find it difficult to access services due to location or hours of work. Clients will be supported to discuss their concerns and then referred to on-ground services as appropriate. CounsellingOnline is staffed by trained counsellors and operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. It can be used by anyone who has a concern about their drug or alcohol use or by people with concerns about people close to them.

Drug and Alcohol Nurses of Australasia (DANA) is the peak nursing organisation in Australasia providing leadership to nurses and midwives with a professional interest in alcohol, tobacco and other drug issues.
