Drug and Alcohol support for Victoria’s
GLBTQI youth
The Queer Youth Withdrawal Program is designed specifically to support young GLBTQI people aged 12-21 experiencing alcohol + other drug problems. It is the only one of its type in Australia
and it is free.
Based in Fitzroy at the YSAS Residential Withdrawal Unit, the program is free from homophobia
and discrimination.
YSAS is the Youth Support + Advocacy Service, a leading Victorian Health agency that enables vulnerable young people to take control of their health and wellbeing.
